This policy describes how Derek Ehrsam Insurance Services and WC Holdings Group handle information you choose to provide when asking about insurance planning or contacting us through this website.

Information you may provide

You may choose to provide your name, email address, telephone number, state, preferred contact method, planning questions, or other information included in a call, text, email, or inquiry. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary email or text message.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to your inquiry, provide the information or conversation you requested, maintain business and compliance records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. An inquiry does not create coverage, bind an insurance policy, or constitute a recommendation.

Authorized advertising-platform data

WC Holdings Group operates a private advertising-operations integration for its own brands and for advertisers that have expressly authorized access. When an authorized account administrator connects an advertising platform, the integration may receive advertiser and business identifiers, account hierarchy, campaign and creative metadata, delivery and performance metrics, conversion-configuration references, authorization scopes, token expiration information, and provider status or error codes.

The integration uses this information to verify the exact advertiser account, provide reporting and analysis, prepare creative and campaign drafts, enforce account separation and safety limits, and perform an expressly approved platform action. It does not sell advertising-platform data or use one advertiser's data for another advertiser.

OAuth credentials and security

OAuth access and refresh tokens, application secrets, and similar credentials are kept in restricted encrypted storage and are not displayed on this public website. Access is limited to the private operator and supervised system processes. The integration requests reporting access first; any later draft or paused-object permission is separately reviewed and does not itself authorize activation, publication, budget changes, or advertising spend.

Text messages and consent

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages or HELP for help.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data or consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support requested communications or business operations, to insurance or professional-service parties when you request or authorize that work, or when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, fraud prevention, or protection of rights and safety. Text-message opt-in consent is excluded from sharing for third-party marketing.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet, email, or text transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, regulatory, dispute, and recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you previously provided, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-required communications. To make a request, use the contact information below.

Platform authorization, revocation, and deletion

An advertising-account administrator may revoke the integration in the applicable platform's account or application settings. You may also request disconnection or deletion of eligible integration data by emailing derekehrsam@gmail.com with the advertiser name, platform, and a non-sensitive account identifier. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment details, government identifiers, or customer personal information. We may retain limited audit, security, legal, and compliance records where required or reasonably necessary.

Third-party services

This website may link to telephone, email, messaging, insurance, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by this policy.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through this website.
