Website and authorized integration terms.

These Terms govern use of this website and any expressly authorized access to the private WC Holdings Ad Boss advertising-operations integration. They do not replace a signed client engagement, carrier contract, insurance policy, platform agreement, or other written agreement that specifically applies.
Informational website
Website materials are general information and are not a promise of coverage, policy performance, investment results, tax treatment, legal outcome, advertising approval, campaign performance, or revenue. Insurance is offered only through appropriately licensed and appointed professionals, where permitted. Coverage is never bound through this website.
Authorized integration use
Only WC Holdings Group personnel and legitimate advertiser administrators who have expressly authorized the relevant account may connect or direct the private advertising integration. You must provide accurate account information, maintain appropriate administrator security, and use only accounts, identities, content, data, and destinations you are entitled to use.
Advertising-platform connections
Connecting an account authorizes only the scopes displayed by the applicable platform consent screen. Reporting access does not authorize campaign creation. Any later permission to create a draft, paused, or disabled object is separately controlled. No connection alone authorizes activation, public delivery, budget changes, payment, or advertising spend. You may revoke platform access through the provider or request disconnection from WC Holdings Group.
Advertising and regulated products
Advertisers remain responsible for truthful claims, required disclosures, intellectual-property rights, age and geographic restrictions, licenses, appointments, platform eligibility, destination content, and compliance with applicable law and platform policies. Insurance, financial, gambling, affiliate, healthcare, credit, employment, housing, political, and other restricted categories may require additional documentation or may be unavailable.
Content and data
You retain your rights in content and data you are authorized to provide. You grant WC Holdings Group only the limited permission reasonably needed to store, process, transform, analyze, and transmit that material for the requested advertising operations. Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, or customer information unless an expressly approved secure workflow requires it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or integration to impersonate another party, evade a platform restriction, access an account without authority, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or probe systems without permission, or violate a provider's terms.
Third-party services
Advertising platforms, carriers, analytics systems, communication providers, and linked websites are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. WC Holdings Group does not control their availability, approval decisions, account restrictions, pricing, data practices, or technical changes.
Availability and disclaimers
The website and integration are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WC Holdings Group disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WC Holdings Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, coverage, platform access, or advertising opportunity arising from use of this website or integration. Any different allocation in a signed agreement controls.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when authorization expires, an account is restricted, security or integrity cannot be verified, required evidence is missing, these Terms are violated, or continued operation could create legal, platform, privacy, security, or financial risk.
Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated by posting a revised date. California law governs these Terms to the extent applicable, without overriding mandatory law or a different governing-law provision in a signed agreement.
